It&#039;s almost never humid, the temperatures, especially near the beach, are in the 60s and 70s year-round, you don&#039;t need air-conditioning (and I&#039;m someone who normally loves me some A/C), and there aren&#039;t mosquitoes. All the good things about summer, with none of the bad.

I spent the first 28 years of my life in the Midwest, where the seasonal changes were profound. It took me a while to find the seasons in Southern California, but I did find them eventually, and I can&#039;t imagine wanting to live anywhere else.</description>
