This is exciting, at least for me. I have a new series almost ready to make it’s debut at my MAY 12 show with Shane Lavalette and Bryan Schutmaat here in DC. I shot it over 5 days while in Los Angeles last month. I chose the title “La Brea,” because it is a major street in LA that also, hopefully, conjures up the image of the famous tar pits of the same name (there’s much discussion of titles in the world of photography blogging, as I’m sure you know.) I haven’t quite finished color correcting and all that good stuff, but you can see the set in my flickr stream. And, as always, feedback is welcomed.
